The Challenge

A school worthy of its postcode

Keystone is a school of advanced studies for serious operators — taught at the Shangri-La in The Shard by a founder who has built and sold real businesses. The substance was already in the room: a nine-discipline curriculum, decades in the trenches, an address to match. What was missing was the surface. A digital home that read like the floor it sits on. A film that could put the seminar in front of people who hadn't been there yet. And content from the room itself — captured properly, not on a phone — to seed everything Keystone would do next.

The Approach

Built once. Working continuously.

We approached Keystone as a single build. A bespoke website for the Enterprise programme — restrained, serif-led, designed to share an address book with the Shangri-La rather than the rest of the internet. A cinematic brand film. Two evening seminars filmed in broadcast quality: every session, every Q&A, every interval. Testimonials recorded in the room with proper lighting and proper sound. The brief, in one line: build a library, not a campaign. Everything we put on the floor at The Shard should still be earning its place online for years to come.

On-camera testimonials, captured. Senior operators — speaking in their own words, on the night, in cinema-grade footage.

The Outcome

An institution, ready for its second act

Keystone now has the asset library of a far older institution. The flagship site carries the Enterprise programme online. The brand film travels into rooms the founder cannot physically reach. The event footage feeds an evergreen content engine — broadcast-grade material, not laptop-camera webinars. Built once. Working continuously.

Flynn and the team built Keystone the way you build a private institution — quietly, properly, with a level of care most agencies don't bother with. The website, the film, the room: all of one piece. It's the cleanest expression of what we've been trying to do.
