Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This policy explains how Latitude Haus handles personal information when you visit latitudehaus.com, submit an application or access a private presentation.
Who is responsible
Latitude Haus is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Questions, requests and complaints can be sent to hello@latitudehaus.com.
Information we collect
Applications and correspondence
If you apply through the website or contact us, we receive the information you provide. This can include your name, company, work email, website, market, service interest, revenue and booking-value ranges, current growth constraint, referral information and the content of later correspondence.
Website analytics
Google Analytics runs across the website using Google Consent Mode. Before you accept analytics cookies, analytics storage is denied and Google receives limited cookieless measurement signals. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics can receive fuller information about website use, such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser or device information, engagement and referral or campaign details. Private presentation pages are included in website analytics, but the password submitted to unlock them is not sent to Google Analytics.
Website operation and private access
Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request details and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website. When you unlock a private presentation, the submitted password is checked to confirm access and a page-specific access cookie is set. The password is not retained in that cookie.
How and why we use information
- To assess an application, answer an enquiry and take steps you ask us to take before working together.
- To deliver our services and manage a client relationship where we enter into an agreement.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, based on our legitimate interests in running a reliable business website.
- To understand website performance through consent-aware Google Analytics; analytics cookie storage is enabled only after consent.
- To meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations and establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
We do not sell personal information.
Who receives information
We use service providers only where needed to run the website and respond to you. These include Vercel for website hosting, Resend for application email delivery and Google Analytics for website analytics. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information where the law requires it or it is necessary to protect legal rights.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
How long we keep information
We keep application and correspondence information only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess fit, manage a relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting duties. Technical and security records are kept for the period needed to protect and troubleshoot the service. Google Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or delete them sooner.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your information; restrict or object to its use; receive certain information in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email hello@latitudehaus.com. We may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest version.
