The Challenge
A yacht the harbour knew. The internet didn't.
Orion was a stand-out yacht in the Pacific harbour — by sail, by craftsmanship, by hospitality. Online, it was invisible. Locked inside the same broker networks as every other yacht of its class, indistinguishable to anyone who hadn't already seen it on the water.
The brief: pull Orion out of the broker maze. Build it a digital home that read the way the yacht did from the dockside — confident, considered, on its own terms. And do it inside one charter season.
The Approach
Built on the yacht's own terms.
We approached Orion as a brand build, not a website build.
First, identity. Moodboards, palette, typography — drawn from the yacht itself and benchmarked against the high water mark of luxury charter and resort design.
Then a standalone digital home: Orion's own URL, set apart from the broker network. Mobile-optimised, designed to convert at the dockside as much as at the desk.
Underneath the storefront, a working operations layer. Live chat tied to a mobile app the crew could use from the middle of the ocean. Lead forms feeding into a single CRM. A yacht crew managing direct enquiries in the same software they used to run the boat — between trips, from the deck, on their own time.

The site pulled the yacht out of the broker network and let it speak for itself for the first time.
