INTRO

Luxury travel has a marketing problem.

Not because the experiences aren’t exceptional.
But because many of the world’s most remarkable travel brands are still positioned like commodities.

At Latitude Haus, we partner with ambitious luxury and experiential travel companies to help them command attention, elevate perception, and grow with intention in an increasingly competitive global market.

We believe the future belongs to brands that feel culturally relevant, emotionally resonant, and commercially intelligent. Not simply visible.

We’re now looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to help us deepen our relationships across the luxury travel and hospitality landscape and play a key role in shaping the next phase of Latitude Haus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a relationship-driven strategic role focused on developing meaningful partnerships across the luxury travel ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with founders, operators, hoteliers, experience providers, tourism stakeholders, and premium hospitality brands. Helping identify opportunities, strengthen strategic alliances, and position Latitude Haus within the upper tier of modern travel brands.

This is not a transactional outreach role.

We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, culturally aware, and highly articulate. Someone capable of building trust with sophisticated operators while understanding the nuances of luxury positioning, growth, and brand perception.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with luxury hotels, boutique hospitality groups, destination operators, tourism organisations, and experiential brands.

  • Identifying high-value partnership opportunities that strengthen Latitude Haus’ positioning and long-term growth.

  • Supporting collaborative initiatives, campaigns, introductions, and strategic brand opportunities.

  • Representing Latitude Haus in conversations with senior decision-makers across the travel and hospitality sector.

  • Helping shape how Latitude Haus is perceived within the industry through thoughtful communication and relationship management.

  • Collaborating closely with leadership on expansion strategy, partnerships, and long-term brand direction.

  • Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail across every interaction.

WHAT WE VALUE

We believe the luxury travel industry is entering a completely new era — and most brands are nowhere near prepared for it.

The companies that dominate the next decade won’t simply have beautiful properties or exceptional experiences. They’ll understand positioning, perception, technology, audience psychology, and how modern luxury brands are actually built in a digitally competitive world.

At Latitude Haus, we already have the foundations to genuinely disrupt this space. The agility to move faster than traditional agencies. The strategic thinking to see where the industry is heading. The creative and commercial understanding to help ambitious travel brands compete globally at a far higher level.

We’re looking for someone who aligns with that vision. Someone who sees the gap between where this industry is today and where it’s inevitably heading.

That means we care deeply about:

  • thoughtful positioning

  • elevated communication

  • strategic thinking

  • emotional intelligence

  • aesthetic awareness

  • innovation and adaptability

  • and relationships built properly over time

We’re building a company designed to operate at a different standard from traditional agencies within the travel space.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Significant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle brands, or high-level relationship management.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with founders, executives, investors, or senior decision-makers across luxury or premium sectors.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying, negotiating, and developing high-value strategic opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent Latitude Haus at a senior industry level.

  • Demonstrated understanding of luxury brand positioning, market perception, and premium customer psychology.

  • Experience operating within fast-moving, high-performance environments where discretion, professionalism, and strategic thinking are essential.

  • Strong organisational and operational capability, with the ability to manage multiple high-level relationships and initiatives simultaneously.

  • A polished, credible, and highly articulate presence with strong emotional intelligence.

  • International experience or an existing network within luxury travel, hospitality, tourism, or premium lifestyle sectors is highly advantageous.

  • A genuine interest in the future of luxury hospitality, experiential travel, branding, and modern business.

BENEFITS

  • Remote-first flexibility with a globally minded team.

  • Opportunity to help shape a fast-emerging company operating within the luxury travel sector.

  • Direct collaboration with leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

  • Exposure to premium hospitality brands and ambitious travel operators around the world.

  • Significant autonomy and influence within the business as the company evolves.

  • Performance incentives aligned with contribution and long-term growth.
